As often happens the best laid plans do not always go as planned. It looks like our floor installation is going to take longer to complete that originally anticipated. As of today, Wednesday, October 3, it looks like we will not be opening until Sunday or Monday. I will keep you all posted as we get further along and appreciate your patience and support.

Early October, Zinc Bistro will be doing some renovations! This includes installing a new dining room floor. While we are very excited about the updates, we will need to be closed to have them completed. We will be closed starting October 1, 2018 until hopefully Friday, October 5. Zinc Bistro is excited to roll out our new summer bar menu! This menu is available from 5pm to 9pm, only at the bar and communal table. Included is our house burger that many of you have wanted to see available after 5pm. We will be rotating items on this menu in preparation for our new fall dinner menu so we welcome your feedback!

Hello, we are sorry to say that we experienced some kitchen equipment issues today and we will not be able to execute dinner service this evening. We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding. We will be open for lunch at 11pm for regular lunch and dinner service.

Tonight marks Dylan Frankel's last night at Zinc Bistro as Assistant General Manager.
Dylan has been at Zinc for the past 6 years, starting as a lunch server and moving up to his current position of Assistant General Manager. It is with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to you Dylan and we thank you for all you have given to each and every guest and to all of the staff over the years.
