Another Entree option for Restaurant Week: Shrimp and pork belly stuffed dorade with wild rice "risotto", roasted clams, fermented carrots, sunchoke mousseline, carrot top pistou!
One of our Entree choices for Restaurant Week: Grilled Colorado lamb rack, lamb porchetta, fall vegetable croustillant, pancetta and garlic soubise, charred date hydromeil.
Another first course option from our Restaurant week menu: Compart Farms roasted pork belly, beet & chile chutney, whipped coriander yogurt, pain marocain, spiced cashews, beet harissa, garden mustards.
From our Restaurant Week menu: Beer cured Arctic Char, wasabi and dill crema, pickled kohlrabi and apple salad, smoked char caviar, Noble's marble rye crisps!
